Dr. Lee obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
During her time in NUS, she was placed on the Dean's List. She received the Outstanding
Undergraduate Researcher Prize for her group Undergraduate Research Opportunities Project on oral
care education for children at special schools, and went on to publish a paper in the International
Journal of Paediatric Dentistry in conjunction with the project.

Upon graduation, she has worked at polyclinics under National Healthcare Group and SingHealth, as
well as at the National Dental Centre. She was also posted to the Singapore Armed Forces as a dental
officer. At these postings, she had the opportunity to treat patients of all ages and see a wide range of
cases. This has served her well in caring for her patients with gentleness and patience to put them at
ease.

Aside from work, Dr. Lee's interests include dance and travel.
